Abstract

The present research project aims to analyze the importance of the pedagogical pair in the classroom. Through collaboration between teachers and pre-professional practicum students, the pedagogical pair seeks to leverage the individual strengths of each member to provide quality education that effectively addresses the students' needs. To achieve this objective, a literature review was conducted to gather relevant information on the topic. Additionally, questionnaires were administered to teachers who have experienced the pedagogical pair in their classrooms, in order to obtain direct perspectives and experiences. The main findings revealed numerous benefits of the pedagogical pair in the classroom. These include individualized attention to students, the combination of different skills and knowledge from teachers, the adaptation of teaching to different learning styles, and the promotion of an inclusive learning environment. Furthermore, it was found that teacher training and collaboration are fundamental to the success of the pedagogical pair. Effective communication, joint planning, and the establishment of common goals are key elements for successful collaboration. In conclusion, the pedagogical pair plays a crucial role in improving educational quality. By working as a team, teachers can maximize student learning, address individual needs, and promote an inclusive environment. This research highlights the importance of fostering collaboration and teamwork among teachers for the benefit of more effective and equitable education.
