Transformational leadership and its influence on school management

This research addresses transformational leadership and its influence on school management. To this end, the study focused on determining the influence of the transformational leadership workshop on improving school management, in order to optimize educational quality within the framework of SDG4. A quantitative applied methodology was developed, with a pre-experimental design. The sample consisted of 14 directors of public educational institutions in the Casma district, who participated in the application of a questionnaire in the pre-test and post-test phases. In addition, 12 work sessions were held focused on transformational leadership workshops aimed at school management. Through these workshops, positive results were obtained, since their implementation contributed to improving the level of school management in educational institutions in the Casma district. The initial and final evaluations showed a significance between 0.001 and 0.003, less than 0.05. In conclusion, the transformational leadership workshop significantly influenced the improvement of school management in Casma educational institutions.
