Manifestations of culture practiced by artists in the province of Cañar

The article presents a descriptive study whose objective was to describe the cultural manifestations of artists in the province of Cañar. A quantitative descriptive study was carried out based on a sample of 833 artists belonging to the province of Cañar and a survey was applied via Google Forms. It was found that, among the artists of the province of Cañar, there are various movements and styles of artistic culture, who have proposed ways of making art and have established routes of artistic-cultural development. The importance of academic training, the creation of institutional spaces and the need for budgetary support to be able to develop their artistic inclinations in a sustainable way are highlighted.
