Competitiveness in companies is constantly increasing, so each activity must be carried out in the best possible way to obtain good reliable results; This is how fixed asset management is a fundamental activity, as it influences all areas of the company. Currently, Grupo Industrial La Italiana does not have a department in charge of managing its fixed assets, generating many errors in its database. These tasks are assigned to the warehouse audit department, but the time invested in it is little, and, consequently, the management implemented is not adequate. In the development of this research, the Lean Six Sigma philosophy was implemented, which uses different tools and data analysis to develop improvement projects. The methodology used was DMAIC, in its 5 stages (define, measure, analyze, improve and control) where different activities were developed to improve the control of the company's fixed assets.
