Revisión sistemática sobre inteligencia artificial generativa en creación de contenidos mediáticos para gestión pública y satisfacción de usuarios

Resumen

La inteligencia artificial generativa ya se está convirtiendo en un importante instrumento para la gestión pública con el fin de apoyar una producción rápida y precisa de contenido mediático. Por ello, el objetivo de este estudio fue analizar críticamente el uso de la inteligencia artificial generativa (IAG) en la creación de contenidos mediáticos para la gestión pública, evaluando su impacto en las políticas públicas y la satisfacción del usuario. Se aplicó una revisión sistemática bajo el método PRISMA, utilizando bases de datos de alto impacto como Scopus y Google Scholar, y considerando artículos publicados entre 2019 y 2024 en español e inglés. Tras el proceso de selección, se incluyeron un total de 15 artículos relevantes para el análisis. Los resultados muestran que la IAG facilita una producción de contenidos más rápida y precisa, permitiendo la personalización de mensajes y su adaptación a distintos formatos. Sin embargo, se identificaron desafíos éticos relacionados con la regulación, el presupuesto y la sensibilidad cultural. Se concluye que la inteligencia artificial generativa contribuye positivamente a la eficiencia y modernización de la comunicación institucional, aunque su implementación exige abordar retos normativos y éticos para maximizar sus beneficios en la gestión pública y asegurar la satisfacción de los usuarios.
