Explorando el emprendimiento femenino: análisis de factores endógenos y exógenos mediante ecuaciones estructurales

Resumen

El objetivo de este trabajo fue analizar los factores endógenos y exógenos que desafían a los emprendimientos liderados por mujeres en Perú. Se exploraron variables como la motivación intrínseca, la motivación extrínseca, factores externos y éxito emprendedor, analizadas mediante ecuaciones estructurales PLS-SEM. Para alcanzar los objetivos, se aplicó la metodología de investigación causal-predictiva, utilizando encuestas en línea a 490 emprendedoras, de las cuales se validaron 433 respuestas. Los resultados revelan que las principales motivaciones para emprender incluyen el cumplimiento de metas personales, la contribución al desarrollo social y la búsqueda de seguridad financiera. Sin embargo, la escasez de recursos limita la inversión en capital humano y frena el crecimiento empresarial. Se concluye que es esencial promover políticas de apoyo, como incentivos fiscales y acceso a financiamiento, para fomentar un entorno más favorable para las emprendedoras. Los hallazgos indican que la falta de recursos económicos y apoyo gubernamental son factores críticos que afectan el crecimiento de estas emprendedoras.
