Dependencia emocional e intervención psicoterapéutica: análisis bibliométrico desde las ciencias sociales

El presente estudio analiza bibliométricamente la producción científica sobre modelos de programas de intervención psicoterapéutica en dependencia emocional, considerando su evolución temporal entre 2006 y 2026. Se enmarca en un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básico, retrospectivo y con diseño de revisión bibliométrica. Los artículos fueron recuperados de la base de datos Scopus y procesados mediante Bibliometrix, un paquete del software R, a través del cual se obtuvieron métricas de co-citación, indicadores de producción, análisis de palabras clave, colaboración entre países, evolución temática y estructura intelectual. Tras un análisis exhaustivo, se identificaron 112 publicaciones científicas, provenientes de 88 revistas y 292 autores. La producción anual mostró un comportamiento fluctuante (1,43%), y se observó que aproximadamente 15 revistas concentran el 33,9% de la colección, con una orientación temática vinculada, principalmente, al campo de las adicciones. Asimismo, se evidenció una transición conceptual en la que los primeros estudios presentaban rasgos asociados a características epidemiológicas, mientras que en los últimos años la temática se ha consolidado en torno a nociones como dependencia emocional, apego y adicciones. El país con mayor contribución fue Estados Unidos, lo que pone de manifiesto la escasa colaboración entre países. En conjunto, los hallazgos muestran un avance progresivo de la temática y evidencian un vacío de investigación en torno a programas exclusivos de intervención psicoterapéutica, lo que confirma la relevancia de este campo de estudio.
