Explorando la intención emprendedora y la creatividad

Este estudio tiene como objetivo principal evaluar la relación entre la intención emprendedora y la creatividad en los egresados de una universidad de Lima. Empleando un enfoque cuantitativo con un diseño no experimental, transversal y correlacional, se recolectaron datos de una muestra de 83 egresados seleccionados por conveniencia. Los datos fueron obtenidos mediante un cuestionario estructurado y analizados con el software SPSS, utilizando el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman. Los resultados muestran una correlación positiva y significativa entre la capacidad para emprender y la creatividad (ρ = 0.682, p < 0.001), lo que sugiere que aquellos con mayor percepción de su capacidad emprendedora tienden a ser más creativos. Estos hallazgos subrayan la importancia de fomentar tanto la creatividad como las habilidades emprendedoras en el ámbito educativo para preparar mejor a los egresados para enfrentar los desafíos y oportunidades en el mundo del emprendimiento.
