Engagement, satisfacción y flow en las ONGs: un análisis bibliométrico de la literatura académica

Resumen

Este estudio examina la literatura académica sobre engagement, satisfacción laboral y flow en las ONGs, identificando tendencias y áreas para futuras investigaciones. A través de un análisis bibliométrico de 852 documentos extraídos de la base de datos Scopus, cubriendo el período de 2007 a 2024, se encontró un crecimiento anual del 16.92% en publicaciones y una colaboración internacional del 27.82%. Los términos "human," "psychology," y "motivation" resultaron ser centrales en la literatura. Los hallazgos subrayan la importancia del engagement y la satisfacción laboral para la retención y el rendimiento de los voluntarios e indican la necesidad de más estudios sobre el flow, un área emergente. Se recomienda alinear los valores personales y organizacionales, fomentar el liderazgo transformacional y mejorar las prácticas de reconocimiento y retroalimentación. La investigación aporta una base sólida para el desarrollo de políticas y prácticas que mejoren la experiencia de los voluntarios y la efectividad de las ONG, destacando la relevancia de factores psicológicos y motivacionales en la gestión del voluntariado.
